Umurobyi Lodge 10K Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Umurobyi Lodge Instagram Giveaway (“the Giveaway”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by the following:

1. Organizer

The Giveaway is organized by Umurobyi Lodge, located on the shores of Lake Kivu, Kibuye, Rwanda.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

  • No purchase necessary.

  • Employees of Umurobyi Lodge and their immediate family members are not eligible.

  • The Giveaway is open worldwide; however, travel, transport, and visa arrangements are not included and remain the responsibility of the winner.

3. Prize

  • 1 night’s stay for 2 guests in a private bungalow at Umurobyi Lodge.

  • Prize includes:

    • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

    • Soft drinks, local beers, coffee and tea and a reasonable amount of our house wines

  • Prize is valid until December 14th, 2025 and subject to availability.

  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

4. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

  1. Follow @UmurobyiLodge on Instagram.

  2. Like the official giveaway post.

  3. Tag at least 2 friends in the comments (each additional tagged comment counts as an additional entry).

  4. (Optional) Share one of our to Instagram Stories and tag @UmurobyiLodge for a bonus entry.

5. Entry Period

  • Entries close at 11:59 PM CAT on September 5th, 2025.

  • Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be announced on September 7th, 2025 via Instagram Stories and/or a post, and contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message.

  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Umurobyi Lodge reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. General Conditions

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other causes beyond its control.

  • The organizer’s decision regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding.

  • By entering, participants grant Umurobyi Lodge permission to use their name and/or Instagram handle for announcement purposes without additional compensation.

8. Disclaimer

  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  • By participating, entrants release Instagram of all responsibility.
